Our Services
Individual Therapy
Is a unique relationship between therapist and client. Individual therapy involves one-on-one work between therapist and client focusing on goal setting. The client and therapist work closely together, build a trusting relationship, and work on helping the client reach their goals.
Group Therapy
Allows individuals the opportunity to connect with others who are struggling with similar difficulties. Groups are confidential and kept to no more than 10 people to allow for each person’s individualized needs to be met. LICC provides various groups based on the needs of the community.
Couples Therapy
Is counseling for individuals in a relationship, married or not. The therapist and their clients work together to rebuild the couples’ relationship or decide if they should stay together or not.
Play Therapy
Is primarily geared toward children. Therapists use play — the natural medium of expression of children. Therapists encourage children to freely express their feelings through puzzles, coloring, games, and other toys.
Family Therapy
Is a type of counseling designed to address the unique issues within a family unit. The therapist and the family members work together to improve communication and resolve conflicts.
Psychiatry & Medication
Is an opportunity for an individual to meet with a psychiatric provider to discuss what medication will best meet their needs. Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) services are included for those individuals in either our mental health or substance use program.
