Q. How is the clinic running during COVID and what will it look like after?

A. During COVID, LICC has been offering telehealth for most appointments. As we begin to return to “business as usual” in New York, LICC will be incorporating more in-person visits. Deciding whether to have your services in-person or via telehealth will be a conversation between you and your assigned therapist and/or psychiatric provider.

Q. How does Telehealth work?

A. Our therapists and psychiatrists will utilize a HIPAA compliant audio/visual platform for your visits. If you do not have the technology to use an audio/video, our therapists and/or psychiatrists may discuss options for in-person services.
